These terms apply to travel services arranged by Riodiscover Agencia LTDA, CNPJ 60.217.607/0001-50, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Requests and confirmation
Sending a form, email or message is a request and does not by itself confirm a booking. We will confirm the service, date, price, payment method, meeting details and any important restrictions in writing. A booking becomes confirmed when we send confirmation and any required payment has been received.
Prices and payment
Prices are normally quoted in Brazilian reais (BRL). Any card surcharge or other additional cost will be shown before you confirm. Bank, card issuer and currency-conversion charges are the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
The cancellation deadline and any charges will be stated before you confirm the booking. Where free cancellation is offered, it applies only until the deadline shown in your confirmation. After that deadline, we may deduct non-refundable supplier costs and services already provided, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
If we cancel a paid service and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled service. Approved refunds are returned using the agreed method, less only charges that may lawfully be retained.
Weather and operational changes
Routes, times and transport may change when reasonably necessary for weather, traffic, safety, closures or supplier availability. Helicopter flights depend on weather, air-traffic and operator approval. If a flight cannot operate, we will offer a new time or cancellation according to the terms confirmed for that booking.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate booking and passenger information, arrive at the agreed time and follow the safety instructions of guides, drivers, pilots and service providers. Tell us before confirmation about mobility, health or other circumstances that are relevant to safe participation. You are responsible for passports, visas, insurance and other personal travel documents.
Service providers
Some services are delivered by independent providers such as helicopter operators, drivers, venues and ticket suppliers. Their safety and operating rules also apply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
